Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back Boost is a high-intensity interval training HIIT workout which includes short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods. This class is a weekly drop-in workout currently offered Saturday's (8-9am) at The :Fitting Room (formally Suzanne's Dance Studio) in the Uptown. Classes are one hour long and target every muscle in your body! If you would like to join us please wear workout clothes, tennis shoes and bring a yoga mat and water. Pre-enrollment is encouraged.

Body Back is a results-based workout program for ladies of any age! Ladies with kids or ladies that don't have kids! Inspired by the Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD series, it offers high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a nutrition plan, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. You will see that anything is possible!more

If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don’t know how to get started, this program is for you. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles). You’ll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Classes will meet for 8 weeks and will finish with a 5K Race. We will meet 1-2 times per week for a group run and then you will run 2-3 times per week on your own.
