Body Back Boost is a high-intensity interval training HIIT workout which includes short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods. This class is a weekly drop-in workout currently offered Saturday's (8-9am) at Howard Amon Park. Classes are one hour long and target every muscle in your body! If you would like to join us please wear workout clothes, tennis shoes and bring a yoga mat and water. Pre-enrollment is encouraged.

Body Back is a results-based workout program for ladies of any age! Ladies with kids or ladies that don't have kids! Inspired by the Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD series, it offers high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a nutrition plan, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. You will see that anything is possible!more
